The Rebirth of NIGHT EAGLE...
...my 1970 LeMans Sport, which I had for 10 years! While selling the Shelby Lancer (more info on that on the Lancer page), I had to find a replacement - something that was fun to drive, comfortable on long trips, reliable (BIG factor) and 'goes VROOM', as a friend says. I went to the internet, and found this gem at a used car store in Cedar Rapids, IA. Come take a look at NIGHT EAGLE II...

All the goodies! This car has more stuff on it than I have ever had on a car - fully loaded, with the exception of leather seats and a moonroof. Autostick (which is great in the snow and for corners), 3.5 V6, power driver AND passenger seats, auto climate comtrol, power locks/doors with remote keyfob, Sport Suspension II (the best available), Infinity Spacial Imaging System, which goes perfectly with the OEM AM/FM/Cass/CD head unit, which I had to find (the only addition so far). Actually, this is the first car I haven't had to play with the speakers - the sound ROCKS.

No real problems yet - I've had to replace the water pump (bad non-OEM unit to start; replacement/hotel stay/work was covered under the warranty I bought with the car - smart!) and one O2 sensor, but it's a great car. Comfortable on long trips, loves to stretch its legs, handling that belies its size, and leaves many more expensive cars in the dust!

The Sportiest LH...
...in Chrysler's 3-car first-gen stable (the other two being the Dodge Intrepid and the Chrysler Concorde). Trivia for ya - the next generation Vision turned out to be the Chrysler 300M, after the Eagle nameplate was cancelled.

Pics to come...
